When a buyer has cash to by purchase your house, should the seller retain a real estate attorney?
Asked by Margaret in Memphis, Tennessee ----- Hiring a real estate attorney is always a good idea, no matter how the buyer is financing the purchase. An attorney will review any and all contracts between you and the buyer, and will ensure that all legal disclosures are handled correctly. An attorney will be able to do all of this for only several hundred dollars and it is money well spent to protect yourself against unforeseen events. Hope this helps! Eric |
