I replaced a photo on my ad with a new photo but I can still see the old one, why? E-mail

Most internet browsers store previously viewed web pages on your computer in order to allow faster browsing when you view the same page at a later time. For this reason, your photos may not seem to have changed on the Upload Photos page or on your property advertisement (your browser is pulling the old image from your browser’s "cache" file).

If you have just uploaded new photos to your ad and they don't appear when you view the ad or view the pictures on the Upload Photos page click the Refresh button in the toolbar of your browser.

If refreshing the page does not correct the problem, hold the Ctrl key and press F5 on your keyboard, which will force your browser to download a new version of the page. You will now see the new photos. If the page did not refresh then the process was not completed.
