I started the process of
selling my house in late October 2008, and I got a firm offer in November, and I closed on this house in mid-January. great option for us. We needed to lower our price and our 7 months with a Realtor was unsuccessful. We also needed to be able to manage the property somewhat from out-of-town and was able to do so by checking in periodically and having the ad on your site. I think the ad definitely gave us exposure that we needed considering our house was in a quiet area without much traffic.
